Frequently asked questions

Does my software house need PagoPA accreditation to use PagoHub?

No. Your application connects to PagoHub via API. The creditor entity only needs to designate our company as its Technology Partner in the Participation Portal.

What if a municipality already uses another main management system?

PagoHub connects vertical applications (school meal apps, parking systems, local portals) to the PagoPA Node and supports accounting reconciliation even when multiple management systems are in use.

How does testing work?

We provide a complete Sandbox environment with dedicated API keys to simulate the payment flow, IUV generation, and receipt of reporting flows.
